Confirm Details
Contact your manager to communicate details such as version, payment methods, express delivery, etc.

Make PI
Sales manager will make PROFORMA INVOICE for the corresponding product for you to confirm.

Payment
Arrange payment in time according to the agreed payment method(TT/ Alipay/ WU/ MG/ Alibaba etc.)
05.
Production
Production department conducts customized production and testing of products according to the order.
06.
CI & Shipping
Determine COMMERCIAL INVOICE info and delivery, the current main logistics comp is DHL/UPS/FEDEX.
07.
Signing
Complete customs clearance. All our parcels are sealed, please check carefully before signing.
08.
After-sales service
All products sold by SUP provide 6 months of non-human after-sales service. If you need, contact your sales manager.

The market price for refurbished / USED MOBILE PHONE changes every day, so we will not refund the difference. Please understand.
Generally, depending on the model, the battery performance of A-level and B-level products will be more than 85%, and the performance of the new model will be better. The batteries of refurbished mobile phones have 100% performance and functions, just like brand-new ones.
Before we send the second hand or refurbished phones to you, we have carefully tested the phone and upgraded the system to the most stable system. Therefore, we do not accept automatic updates or self-upgrade the system, which will destroy the stability of the mobile phone, leading to paralysis especially iPhone. If you upgrade the system yourself and damage the phone, we will not take any responsibility.
When your delivery address is too far from
the main logistics center, you will be
charged an additional $35 for remote areas.
